    Para quitar esos molestos iconos del escritorio en GNOME (cualquier Distro) debes asegurarte de instalar gconf-editor ... luego puedes abrir gconf-editor desde su lanzador o mediante Alt+F2 y escribiendo gconf-editor. Una vez abierto deben dirigirse hacia /apps/nautilus/desktop y desmarcar los iconos que no deseen que se muestren en el Escritorio como Computer, Home, Network, Trash y Volúmenes Montados (dependiendo de sus gustos ... en lo personal tengo todos desmarcados). Luego es cosa de cerrar Gconf-Editor y listo. Saludos. Cuando abro el gconf-editor,me sale este error: Falló en GConf: Failed to contact configuration server; the most common cause is a missing or misconfigured D-Bus session bus daemon. See http://projects.gnome.org/gconf/ for information. (Details - 1: Falló al obtener la conexión con la sesión: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.) ... y el gconf-editor no me permite buscar ningun directorio...

    Hola, tengo una duda bien simple...acabo de instalar debian y quiero sacar los iconos "Equipo" "carpeta personal de juiko" y "papelera" del escritorio, pero no tengo idea de como hacerlo...alguien me ayuda porfa? :tonto: Saludos.
