AYUDA POR FAVOR AMIGOS!

Amigos tengo que configurar el config.ini .php para manejar el tema de base de datos en un servidor. El servidoor mio es UOLSINECTIS de Argentina. Lo que hice yo fue pone rla carpeta de phpMyAdmin en la carpeta public de mi hosting e intentar configurar el archivo config.ini.php, pero nos ecomo hacerlo. Los de la empresa me pasaron un dato para poner http://wtools.uolsinectis.com.ar/phpMyAdmin, pero solo uno. Si alguien me ayuda a ver si estoy encaminado o que tengo que hacer.
