You can perform breathing exercises every day and three days a week in addition to yoga asanas. or twice a day, you might engage in breathing exercises.Yoga will help your body prepare for a natural birth during the third trimester, and breathing exercises will support you throughout labor. These yoga poses are especially meant for pregnant women. It will get your pelvis and body ready.
