Description
Most companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to filter candidates for open job vacancies. Applicant Tracking Systems are the HRIS systems that pre-screen applicants who have applied to job vacancies at an organization. These systems commonly screen out up to 75% of job applicants and sometimes even more. If you are screened out by the applicant tracking system, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're not qualified for the position. It may also mean that you didn't write your resume properly. To make it even worse, ff you're screened out by the ATS, chances are, the Hiring Manager will never see your resume, and won't know that you ever applied for the open position. This skill will be especially helpful in today's tight job market. This is why every Human Resources Professional will always say that it is imperative that candidates re-write their resumes for EACH position they apply for! This course will assist you with doing just that! Have you ever wondered why some people interview so well and others, not so much? Well this course addresses that skill as well. Knowing the different types of interviews, basic questions, and having a format and methodology for responding to them is an invaluable career hunting skill. This course will also help to set yourself apart in this area!
