Sinopsis
Serie de TV (1985-1992). 7 temporadas. 180 episodios. Cuatro amigas -la seria y formal Dorothy, la ingenua Rose, la sexualmente liberada Blanche y la corrosiva y deslenguada Sophia, madre de Dorothy- deciden irse a vivir juntas a la soleada Miami. A pesar de que todas son ya bastantes maduras, no renuncian a disfrutar de la soltería ni a ligar con hombres de su edad. En cada episodio, una de las protagonistas experimentaba algún tipo de conflicto con hombres o con su familia. Para resolverlo, las cuatro amigas solían reunirse alrededor de la mesa de la cocina y juntas recordaban algunas experiencias vividas a lo largo de sus vidas.
