nunca mas reconoce mi web cam mi notebook luego del 1er uso

siempre que formateo la web cam de mi noteboo Dell inspiron 3437, instalo cheese, o skype y siempre que vuelvo a tratar de usarlo con estos programas no me reconocen la web cam, incluso ni en facebook cuadno trato de hacer videos llamadas, lo extraño es que si funca al 1er uso, luego la porqueria deja de reconocerlo, que pasa? ???

alguna solucion o algo que tratar, plz :C
