Nearly three thousand people, Jesse James, one megadisco of Isidro Casanova, and a few thousand in the Broadway Theatre in 1996 fanned the antics of rock and roll as the best days of Elvis Presley and Chuck Berry, to the beat of this American whose name inevitably sounds like relic.
John Ramistella, as his real name, was born in New York in 1942. He grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and became famous in the city of Los Angeles in the early '60s there renamed, thanks to a suggestion DJ Allan Freed 'who coined the term rock and roll in 1953', who proposed called Johnny Rivers.
