This box set of three DVDs contains numerous television and filmed live performances by the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. Included are Elvis Presley: Great Performances, Vol. 1 - Center Stage, Elvis Presley: Great Performances, Vol. 2 - The Man and the Music, and Elvis Presley: Great Performances, Vol. 3 - From the Waist Up. The clips are presented in standard full-frame transfers. English soundtracks are impressively rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. These discs are close to must-see status for any Presley enthusiast. Each of the discs in this collection are available individually, but this set offers a cost effective way to acquire all three titles. Live versions of "Hound Dog," "Jailhouse Rock," "Love Me Tender," and many other beloved hits are included. Clips from various variety shows from the fifties and sixties comprise the majority of the footage on these discs.
