Russell Albion "Russ" Meyer (21 de marzo de 1922 (San Leandro, California) ? 18 de septiembre de 2004), Los Angeles, fue un camarografo, fotografo, guionista y director de cine estadounidense.

Es principalmente conocido por escribir y dirigir una serie de exitosas peliculas de bajo presupuesto de tipo porno softcore o "sexploitation", con una carga de humor y estetica Camp, soslayada satira y actrices de bustos generosos.
