Segunda Parte:

Tras haber superado la muerte de su amiga Fátima, Teresa logra construir, en la costa del sur de España, un exitoso imperio de narcotráfico; pero, para su mala suerte, la policía y sus enemigos siguen su rastro. En poco tiempo, la tranquilidad de Teresa se ve afectada por dos traiciones: primero, una agente encubierta se infiltra en su organización al relacionarse sentimentalmente con Patricia O´Farrel y segundo, el hombre que cree amar, Teo Aljarafe, revela a la policía el vínculo de la empresa de Teresa con el narcotráfico. A pesar de ello, su aliado y amigo, Oleg Yasikov intervendrá para ayudarla. Por otro lado, en México, Epifanio Vargas está a punto de ser presidente, sin embargo, la policía decide poner fin a esta candidatura confesándole a Teresa una verdad, para que así ella rinda su testimonio ante la corte. Al final, Teresa tendrá la oportunidad de correr de nuevo o de enfrentarse a su pasado del cual creía haber escapado para siempre…
