SINOPSIS: Barbie descubre que hay hadas que viven en secreto a nuestro alrededor. Cuando Ken es inesperadamente secuestrado por un grupo de hadas, dos amigas estilistas de Barbie le revelan que realmente son hadas y que Ken ha sido llevado a un mundo mágico secreto no muy lejano. Barbie y su rival Raquelle se embarcan junto a las hadas amigas en una aventura repleta de acción para traerlo de vuelta. En su viaje han de unir fuerzas y aprenderán que la auténtica magia no está en ese mundo de hadas, sino en el poder de la verdadera amistad.
