Russell Albion "Russ" Meyer (21 de marzo de 1922 (San Leandro, California) – 18 de septiembre de 2004), Los Ángeles, fue un camarógrafo, fotógrafo, guionista y director de cine estadounidense.

Es principalmente conocido por escribir y dirigir una serie de exitosas películas de bajo presupuesto de tipo porno softcore o "sexploitation", con una carga de humor y estética Camp, soslayada sátira y actrices de bustos generosos.
