Según muchos, su mejor disco donde aquí Jeff Waters se luce completamente. El sonido de este disco es más melódico que el antecesor, sin perder la agresividad, la técnica y la velocidad. Aquí Randy Rampage se va y en su lugar, Coburn Pharr toma las riendas como vocalista. El cambio fue bueno y ello se demuestra en la canción inicial "The Fun Palace". Contiene tremendos temas como "Phantasmagoria", "Never, Neverland", "Road to Ruin", "Stonewall", "I Am In Command", entre otros. También entre sus filas hay una canción con una letra que da risa...
