[email protected] Copia en el D todo lo que tengas guardado en el C y que quieras respaldar. Luego al formatear, formateas e instalas windows en el C. El D quedará intacto. Si borras la partición actual y haces una nueva, ambos discos quedarán formateados. Te recomiendo formatear en NTFS para poder manejar archivos de 4 gigas o superiores.
