We really do.But sometimes we don't like them.From the "terrible two's" to "teenage brain damage" it is quite a ride. It's not that different as a leader.I've been there. As a father of 7 children,through pain, sweat, and tears,and lots of mistakes and regrets...I've found some approaches that are actually doableand REALLY work.I'm not going to tell you how you should beand expect you to magically be that way. I'm not going to give you vague stepsthat are frustrating and confusingI want to empower you with principles and toolsthat will open you mind to a whole new way to parent or lead.
