This course can help identify a variety of requirements gathering techniques that you can use to help tease out those customer wants and needs.Conversely, working with customers who know what they want, but have not done any due diligence to know that they want that, can be equally frustrating! This course can help identify a variety of requirements gathering techniques that you can use to ensure the team create the right solution. Some of these techniques you might already know and use. Then, the sections for them can be nice refreshers of what to be doing and what to be looking out for. We all get into some bad habits now and then. It's nice to be reminded of what we should be doing.Other techniques might be new for you. When your "go to" techniques aren't working with a customer for some reason (who knows why?), you can pull these techniques out of your tool box and try them out. Sometimes it just takes a different perspective or a different way of looking at things that make things click. For each technique there are exercises to practise before trying them out on a real project. I truly believe it helps to gain the confidence first and then start to apply. There are also several additional resources to help you get started with the techniques.OverviewSection 1: Introduction - Agile Requirements GatheringLecture 1 Introduction to Agile Requirements GatheringLecture 2 What is Requirements Gathering?Lecture 3 What is Agile Requirements Gathering?Lecture 4 When to run Requirements Gathering sessions?Lecture 5 Who should attend Requirements Gathering sessions?Lecture 6 Take AwaySection 2: BrainstormingLecture 7 What is Brainstorming?Lecture 8 How to: BrainstormingLecture 9 Pitfalls to avoid when BrainstormingLecture 10 Agile considerations: BrainstormingLecture 11 Brainstorming Take AwaySection 3: PESTLELecture 12 What is PESTLE?Lecture 13 How to: PESTLELecture 14 Pitfalls to avoid with PESTLELecture 15 Agile considerations: PESTLELecture 16 PESTLE TAKE AWAYSection 4: User StoriesLecture 17 What are User Stories?Lecture 18 How to: User StoriesLecture 19 Pitfalls to avoid with User StoriesLecture 20 Agile considerations: User StoriesLecture 21 User Stories TAKE AWAYSection 5: Acceptance CriteriaLecture 22 What are Acceptance CriteriaLecture 23 What is the difference between Functional and Non-FunctionalLecture 24 How to: Acceptance CriteriaLecture 25 Pitfalls to avoid with Acceptance CriteriaLecture 26 Agile considerations: Acceptance CriteriaLecture 27 Acceptance Criteria TAKE AWAYSection 6: InterviewsLecture 28 What are InterviewsLecture 29 How to: InterviewsLecture 30 Pitfalls to avoid with InterviewsLecture 31 Agile considerations: InterviewsLecture 32 Interviews TAKE AWAYSection 7: A Day in the LifeLecture 33 What is A Day in the LifeLecture 34 How to: A Day in the LifeLecture 35 Pitfalls to avoid with A Day in the LifeLecture 36 Agile considerations: A Day in the LifeLecture 37 A Day in the Life TAKE AWAYSection 8: Follow the DataLecture 38 What is Follow the DataLecture 39 How to: Follow the DataLecture 40 Pitfalls to avoid with Follow the DataLecture 41 Agile considerations: Follow the DataLecture 42 Follow the Data TAKE AWAYSection 9: Time TravelLecture 43 What is Time TravelLecture 44 How to: Time TravelLecture 45 Pitfalls to avoid with Time TravelLecture 46 Agile considerations: Time TravelLecture 47 Time Travel TAKE AWAYSection 10: VisualisationsLecture 48 What are VisualisationsLecture 49 How to: VisualisationsLecture 50 Pitfalls to avoid with VisualisationsLecture 51 Agile considerations: VisualisationsLecture 52 Visualisations TAKE AWAYSection 11: Unhappy PathLecture 53 What is Unhappy PathLecture 54 How to: Unhappy PathLecture 55 Pitfalls to avoid with Unhappy PathLecture 56 Agile considerations: Unhappy PathLecture 57 Unhappy Path TAKE AWAYProduct Owners responsible for representing a wide-range of stakeholders (from customers, operational business management and staff, as well as technical administration and maintenance) and accountable for the definitive list of requirements.,Agile Developers who closely interact (daily or very frequently) with Super Users, SMEs, Business Reps, Change Management coordinators.,Agile Project Managers coordinating user role definitions and setting stakeholder expectations of time, effort and involvement throughout the project.,Business users, SMEs, etc dedicated to supporting and working with an Agile team, representing and providing day-to-day decision making on behalf of the business.rapidgator.net:https://rapidgator.net/file/9b99e808b2946b0119d48043a9fd23ee/hxinx.Amazing.Agile.Requirements.Gathering.part1.rar.htmlhttps://rapidgator.net/file/93a211c77275179701c982f25fca0a47/hxinx.Amazing.Agile.Requirements.Gathering.part2.rar.htmluploadgig.com:https://uploadgig.com/file/download/22cc8Fb957C0cbfe/hxinx.Amazing.Agile.Requirements.Gathering.part1.rarhttps://uploadgig.com/file/download/FF5c23e1aBa7685b/hxinx.Amazing.Agile.Requirements.Gathering.part2.rarnitroflare.com:https://nitroflare.com/view/88F3B6E50621772/hxinx.Amazing.Agile.Requirements.Gathering.part1.rarhttps://nitroflare.com/view/78C8E3C13832F75/hxinx.Amazing.Agile.Requirements.Gathering.part2.rar1dl.net:https://1dl.net/gmnt63tgpah3/hxinx.Amazing.Agile.Requirements.Gathering.part1.rarhttps://1dl.net/4kqbif9d558h/hxinx.Amazing.Agile.Requirements.Gathering.part2.rar
