Bug fix for context menu using modifier keys + left click not properly initializing. From 2.6
Added the ability to use custom shortcuts or application shortcuts as "snap targets" (similar to Fancy Zones).
Added the ability to configure which commands are available in the menu bar menu
Added a context menu version of the menu bar menu that can be displayed by keyboard shortcut or modifier keys + left click
Added "last" command that will toggle back to the previous window size/placement
Repeated executions of maximize now toggle between "last", rather than "restore"
Bug fix for the Window Throw not working while macOS notifications are displayed
Reverted some of the underlying Window Throw window under cursor detection, which will hopefully fix issues on certain external displays
