Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool replaces the Norton Removal Tool and can both remove and reinstall any Norton security products. The Norton Removal Tool was designed only to remove Norton products, whereas the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool can both remove and reinstall. It features an advanced tab that allows you to perform a removal only so you no longer need the Norton Removal Tool.

It features a bright, uncomplicated interface with only a few choices to do the job it is designed for, removing any Norton products it finds. All you have to do is select "Remove & Install" and let it get the job done. As mentioned, the "Advanced Options" allow you to remove only. Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool is a portable app and does require an internet connection to download the product you're looking to reinstall. It will not remove Norton Utilities or Norton Family, and it does not remove your Norton Identity Safe local vault.
