State of Euphoria is the fourth studio album Anthrax and was released on September 19, 1988. It was recorded at Quadradial Studios in Miami, Florida in April - June, 1988 and was produced by Anthrax and Mark Dodson. The album peaked at #30 on the Billboard 200 chart in late 1988 and was certified Gold by the RIAA in February 1989. Singles from State of Euphoria included "Make Me Laugh", "Antisocial", and "Who Cares Wins."
