Doramos el matambrito a la parrilla y lo rellenamos con un salteado de cebolla y pimientos o aji morron, agregamos perejil y queso rallado para sazonar el interior de este matambre envuelto en papel aluminio y terminado sobre las brasas. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
