Yes, this Blu Ray could be bobbed to be 60fps! Cropped to widest frame.
As a result we had to do level 4.2, as level 4.1 only supports up to 1080p30, something the outdated ruleset did not take into consideration. If you do 4.1 it gives a warning as it's not up to spec.
If you nuke us for it, you're retarded and part of the problem. TV requires bobbing, so why not retail if it's possible?
