jorgin Posted October 1, 2009 Report Share Posted October 1, 2009 esta muy bueno pero lo esencial para poder crear buenas recetas es tener una buena base gastronomia y yo creo q aqui hace falta mas documentos con base gastronomica mas q recetas... por llo mismo intentare de buscar algunos libros de mi coleccion para poder subirlos y compartirlos con uds para que puedan hacerce una buena base gastronomica o mejorar la que ya tienen para asi poder realizar mucho mejores sus recetas....
