D.A.F. or Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft ("German-American Friendship") are a group of electronic music exponent of the Neue Deutsche Welle German - and in this case the inventors of electronic body music - native of Dusseldorf. Their music owes much to the seminal Kraftwerk, whose sound is reinterpreted with the spirit of oppressive post-punk groups such as Killing Joke and Siouxsie and the Banshees.
