Moving into the realm of Jimi Hendrix or Stevie Ray Vaughan, Stoney Curtis masterfully lead vocals and guitar to his band, playing a powerful Blues sometimes becomes more aggressive (Soul Flower) or approaches the whole Southern Rock life (Mouthful of Honey), but it always from a bluesy prism.
We could also connect to others like Robin Trower, Johnny Winter or, of course, the legacy of that adventure was the most experimental Clapton called Cream. So recognizable and familiar sound of these issues and so this is how it manages directly demonstrate that Curtis is able to continue the work that Jimi and Stevie could not keep alive on stage.
