El álbum muestra el concierto acústico que la banda hizo en los estudios Sony Music en Nueva York el 18 de noviembre de 1993. El álbum ganó un premio Grammy por Mejor Álbum de Música Alternativa en 1996. Una versión en DVD fue lanzada en 2007.
