Desde que el mundo sufre una feroz crisis financiera Kurt Wendell ha sido vapuleado hasta la médula; su trabajo siempre ha sido sinónimo de estabilidad en su vida, siendo lo único que le mantenía cuerdo, pero ahora se lo han quitado todo, le han despedido...
