La serie está programada para estrenarse el lunes 21 de enero de 2013 por Fox.

La serie sigue al agente del FBI Ryan Hardy, cuyo deber es atrapar a un asesino prófugo conocido como Joe Carroll (Ryan fue el responsable de atraparlo en primer lugar), que ha creado una red de intercomunicación de varios asesinos en serie poniendo en peligro a los ciudadanos.
