_Sinopsis

_{Tercera parte de las aventuras de Diego, Scrat y compañía. En esta ocasión, les tocará lidiar con varios dinosaurios. Scrat sigue intentando apoderarse de la muy escurridiza bellota (mientras, tal vez, encuentra el verdadero amor); Manny y Ellie esperan el nacimiento de su mini-mamut; Sid, el perezoso, se mete en un buen lío al formar de repente una familia propia tras encontrarse unos huevos de dinosaurio; y Diego, el tigre de dientes de sable, se pregunta si pasar tanto tiempo con sus amigos no le estará volviendo demasiado "blandito". Con el fin de salvar al infortunado Sid, la pandilla se adentra en un misterioso mundo subterráneo, donde tienen algunos enfrentamientos con los dinosaurios, lidian con una enloquecida flora y fauna, y conocen a una comadreja tuerta e implacable cazadora de dinosaurios llamada Buck.}
