Un grupo multidisciplinar de investigación paranormal acude a un apartamento recién ocupado para estudiar los fenómenos anómalos que en él se producen. Llamadas telefónicas sin respuesta, sombras extrañas, fenómenos lumínicos, objetos que se desplazan solos, sonidos de origen desconocido, lámparas que estallan sin razón aparente.

Su propósito es registrar los hechos de forma científica empleando los medios técnicos más avanzados a su alcance: filmación infrarroja, fotografía digital, grabaciones psicofónicas, detección de movimiento, medidores de alteraciones en el campo magnético.

Poco a poco, de forma incontenible, las misteriosas manifestaciones comienzan a hacerse más y más violentas.
