La gira se basa en el álbum debut, la fama, y su sucesor, The Monster. Cerca de 200 conciertos se llevaron a cabo durante un año y medio de gira. Este recital fue emitido por HBO el 7 de mayo de 2011. El espectáculo fue grabado en el Madison Square Garden de Nueva York, 21 y 22 de Febrero de ese año. En el show de casi dos horas, cuenta con éxitos como Gaga "Just Dance", "Poker Face", "LoveGame", "Paparazzi", "Bad Romance", "Teléfono" y "Alejandro", entre otras grandes canciones. Ella también presenta dos temas de su último álbum, "Born This Way" y "Tú y yo". Vale la pena dar esta excelente show!
