Busca la clave : [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Codemasters\DiRT3] Y donde pone LOCALE 1033, cambialo por 1034 y si no te aparece la otra ruta busca por esta HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\wow6432node\Codemaster s\DiRT3] Y donde pone LOCALE 1033, cambialo por 1034 Así quedará en Español.
