SINOPSIS: Paul y Adrienne conducen por el desierto de Mojave de camino a Los Angeles para una boda. Cansados de conducir, deciden pasar la noche en el motel Roys. Pero este lugar situado al borde de la carretera resultará ser extraño y surrealista, una combinación que afecta a los viajeros y también al recepcionista Frank y su promiscua mujer Sandy. Ambos conducirán a Paul y Adrienne a un camino de experiencias tensas y emocionales hasta que un secreto del pasado de Paul se revela con graves consecuencias para todos.
