Dylan (Stahl) es un joven que trabaja en una funeraria, y que intenta desentrañar un misterio que destrozó su vida diez años atrás. Tras fingir su propio funeral con el fin de ver quién se presenta, terminará haciéndose amigo de una drogadicta de la calle y se reencontrará con una vieja novia del pasado. Las vidas de estos tres personajes se transformarán por medio de fuerzas sobrenaturales y Dylan descubrirá que nadie es quien parece ser.
