Turns out director Noboru Iguchi (The Machine Girl, Sukeban Boy, Robo-Geisha) fills his time between bizarre theatrical projects with even more bizarre AV projects. Here's a pretty good example: "Hypertrophy Genitals Girl" (Hidai Kasei Utsuwa Shojo) was released in Japan this past Saturday and stars 21-year-old adult video actress Tsubomi as a young girl who suddenly starts growing a giant dong. Shamed by gawkers and insults, two girls become prisoners of their newly-swollen private parts -- "But when genitals are enlarged, the pleasure doubles!"*
