Catarsis. Posted October 30, 2010 Report Share Posted October 30, 2010 Descripcion Catharsis es un grupo de Power Metal Ruso, formado en 1996 en Moscú, Rusia. La banda fue creada en 1996 por el guitarrista Igor Polakov y el vocalista Sergey Bendrikov. En su primer album la banda toco una especie de doom Metal, pero desde su segundo álbum Febris Erotica, el estilo de la banda cambió a favor del Metal Sinfónico. Este álbum recibió muy buenas críticas dentro de las revistas de rock en Rusia. Los lectores de la revista Rock City magazine votaron por Catharsis como "1999's Best Rookies" (Mejores novatos del 1999). El siguiente álbum "Dea" fue interpretado por un nuevo vocalista Oleg Zhilyakov.
