La historia de Nicky, el protagonista, que està en el hospital semi catatònico, desilusionado de la sociedad americana y que planea los asesinatos de los lìderes corruptos, tuvo una aceptaciòn inmediata de los metaleros y la crìtica. El ritmo trepidante de la mùsica, las excelentes guitarras de DeGarmo y Wilton, màs la fabulosa voz de Tate, de amplio registro, hacen de este disco uno de los mejores obras metaleras de todos los tiempos.
