DESCRIPTION:
Find valuable items in abandoned barns: from old watches, musical instruments, antiques, gold and weapons to rare cars and motorcycles, and then profit from what you find.
Get involved in the family business. Look for valuables and sell them in your pawnshop. Each item has its own value, so collect everything and look everywhere!
Bid on auctions and sales to gain access to closed properties. Who knows what treasures, covered with age-old dust, will be found there?
Travel to 12 original locations and learn all the secrets of the land of Omerica (much like the real-life America, but not exactly the same). Barns are just the beginning. What about visiting an abandoned military base or even... the moon?
Don't forget to grow your shop: empty shelves mean empty pockets. Buyers will come back if they know they have something to come back for. Fix what you find, clean the dirty and sell everything. And if there are no buyers, then you can always play basketball in the backyard and even manage to make money on it in a mysterious way ...

Problems installing and running repacks? (not just mine)
If you get errors when installing my or any other repacks (especially Xdelta or with Unarc.dll), try the following steps:
Rehash the torrent! - for example, in uTorrent you need to select a game, press stop, press the right mouse button and select "Force re-check".
Make sure that your Windows username does not contain Russian or other non-Latin letters - only Latin letters and numbers are allowed
Disable the antivirus - it can falsely work for medicines, which will either interrupt the installation of the repack, or simply prevent the game from starting
Disable UAC - it can block unpacking/assembly programs inside the installer
Make sure your virtual memory (paging file) is at least as large as your physical memory, preferably twice as much.
Make sure that you have enough space on the target hard drive, as well as on the Windows temporary files drive.
Try to install the game NOT on the C: drive, or vice versa - ON the C: drive, if it is not installed on another one - the rights in Windows are like this ...
See if there is an unarc.dll file in the Windows system folder (and deeper). If it exists, remove it.
Run the installer with rights, as shown in the picture ("Properties" menu when you right-click on the file):
