Hoy te mostramos como hacer un locro criollo argentino. Una receta tradicional de las fiestas patrias que podes hacer para varias personas con un poco de paciencia y algunas horas de coccion.

Maiz Blanco 500 gr
Porotos 300gr
Cerdo 500 gr
Cebolla 500 gr
Panceta 300 gr
Chorizo Candelario 1 ud
