These two stylesone relaxing and deeply rejuvenating, the other dynamic and fluidbalance feminine and masculine and lunar and solar energy, while exploring atillness and movement. Practiced alternately or together, they will help you attain that most elusive of goals: balancein your body and your life.

 

Yin Practice A series of deeply restorative asanas and yin postures inspired by Taoist Yoga are held for several minutes each. This meditative practice stimulates energy channels, opens the joints, and massages connective tissue, enhancing the bodys natural healing process. Modifications are offered for different levels of practice. Approx. 60 min.

 

Yang Practice A continually flowing sequence of poses that build energy, flexibility, and strength. Includes a warming orientation sequence. This section can be set to replay for a longer practice. Approx. 30 min.
