Ground Pounder es un juego de estrategia por turnos basado en hexagonos. Inspirado por los juegos clasicos de estrategia y ofrece una nueva generacion de jugadores, un sabor actualizado de la guerra estrategica por turnos.
Ground Pounder permite a los jugadores controlar un ejercito de una de las tres facciones. Cada ejercito esta compuesto por decenas de diferentes tipos de unidades. Va a llevar sus cañones de tierra a traves de una variedad de mundos, aumentar sus niveles de experiencia y habilidades a lo largo de tres campañas, y los utilizan para desbloquear las tarjetas especiales de accion que pueden agregar efectos especiales a los juegos de un solo jugador o de las participaciones en sus plataformas cruzadas de batallas multijugador.
